  10/31/17 I called them and stated we're looking to get an estimate on Hurricane windows and doors so we could get our budget set up for it. She was in Palm Springs and to send her an email with the request and she would call us back, which we did. We prefer to do business with local vendors is main reason I called.
  Plus I sent follow up email to make sure she got it. No response until 11/08/17 email with and apology and to call her?? 11/09/17- I emailed and messaged back with our phone number and available dates we had and to call us. No call back or email or message.
  Apparently they are "not" looking for business in the local area. They need a salesperson who is trained in good customer service and communication skills. We are going with a different local company in the Venice area, that carries the same product line and was very fair in pricing and installation that was affordable. Diamond Glass can put this in the lost sale column and we will not recommend them to anyone that is interested.
