  Optical Outlets, Venice, FL is a complete waste of time. Twentyfour hours, then again, the morning of my appointment I received emails, and texts to remind and confirm my appointment. Arrive 15 minutes early they say. And so I arrived early only to sit and wait and wait and wait. After waiting one full hour I got up and told the technician I was leaving. Oh, it isn't her fault that the doctor was "running late". You ask your client to respect the schedule but you don't respect the client's schedule. Very poor form in my book. There are lots of choices out there. My recommendation is to save yourself the aggravation and skip this ridiculous organization!
