  We began working with Kim long distance from our sailboat in Maine in July 2012. She is excellent at getting you to identify your "must haves" vs. "would like to haves". Since we were only going to have 3 days to find our new home in Venice, Kim worked with us in the prior weeks sending me multiple listings to review daily on line. By the time we got to Florida to look at actual properties, she had a good handle on what to show us. Kim did the hard work required to find us our home in a short period of time. Our new villa is perfect for us and we could not be happier. We recommend Kim enthusiastically and without reservation!
