  Took advantage of my grandmother. Grandma asked for ash blonde hair and they "accidentally" dyed it BLACK. My grandmother was compeltly enraged about this and the workers grabbed the manager in which had an attitude to fix her hair. Then, to top it off they didn't either cut OR style the hair and she never received a free cut, or discount. Let alone her hair is still black at the roots with redish orangish tones throughout the head....
