  Even after I informed Ms.Simon of my neurological disability, she persisted to chastise and humiliate me in front of a room full of people because my palsy did not allow me to remain in a position without her having to take several pictures.(for a state ID) Between the use of the PA system (used to communicate with people while they are at the camera) to walking up to me and berating me while I was standing at the camera, I was driven to tears.
